Female nasal congestion and epistaxis

Some women have a stuffy nose like a cold just before menstruation. But no other symptoms of the cold. After menstruation is clean, the nasal cavity is ventilated. This kind of situation often happens, so that these women have gained experience. Once there is nasal congestion "for no reason", they have not been cold, and they don't seem to have a cold. There is also a case where the nose bleeds during menstrual cramps, and this kind of epistaxis is what folks call "inverted menstruation".
