Dry skin

Dry skin is the lack of moisture in the skin that makes you feel uncomfortable. Its symptoms are mainly skin tightening, dryness and peeling of individual parts, and itchy body after bathing. Increasing age, climate change, lack of sleep, excessive fatigue, overheating bath water, and strong alkaline detergents are all important causes of dry skin. Preventive measures are to strengthen the daily care of the skin, reasonably adjust the diet structure, and insist on drinking plenty of water. This entry mainly discusses dry skin caused by non-systemic diseases (such as Sjogren's syndrome), but dry skin caused by various non-disease factors. Generally speaking, it does not affect the patient's life, but the symptoms are more disturbing. For dry skin, prevention is the most important, and itching is not the first choice.
