Skin infiltration

First symptoms of cutaneous infiltrating acute monocytic leukemia. Acute monocytic leukemia is more invasive than other leukemias, then changes in blood tests occur, and it quickly metastasizes to the pleural cavity. Acute mononuclear leukemia has a strong migration function of monocytes, skin infiltration and gum bleeding are more common, while serosal infiltration is rare. When patients begin to show only skin-like changes, clinicians often ignore malignant tumors of the blood system, and most of them only start relevant treatments such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic, thereby delaying the disease. Once leukemia cells invade the serosal cavity, it indicates the development of the disease. It is very rapid, and the condition is difficult to control at this time, so the sooner the clinical diagnosis of such patients is, the better the treatment is.
