Rash appears petechiae

Petechiae on the skin: A rash is a skin lesion. There are various manifestations from simple skin color changes to skin surface bulges or blisters. Extensive or localized bleeding in the skin and submucosa, forming red or dark red patches of skin and mucous membranes, about 3-5 mm in diameter or larger. Generally, those with a diameter less than 2 mm are called petechiae.
