Compulsive association

Obsessive-compulsive association is a typical symptom of obsessive-compulsive neurosis. When patients hear or see a certain thing, they may think of situations that make them fear, worry, and tension. Because the scenarios envisaged are difficult for patients to see but difficult to control, this compulsive association often plunges patients into pain. Mental health experts believe that most of this association comes from the patient's heart, so if you want to get rid of the control of these ideas, psychological therapy should play a big role.
