Obligatory thinking

Also known as thinking gathering or thinking insertion. Refers to a large number of thoughts that do not belong to the patient's mind. These thoughts are not dominated by the patient's will, and emerge compulsively in the brain, as if other people's thoughts are running in their brain under the action of magical external forces. The content is so messy and unexpected. Sometimes it is even disgusting to patients. These alien thoughts sometimes appear in the patient's autonomous thinking process or when the brain is resting. This is called thinking insertion, and sometimes a large number of ideas or concepts are squeezed into the mind one by one or several concepts at the same time. The disease usually appears suddenly, with a short duration, sometimes fleeting.
