Single genetic disease

A genetic disorder caused by a genetic abnormality in a pair of chromosomes from a father or mother in a homologous chromosome. Although there are many types of these diseases, more than 3,000, the prevalence of each disease is low, and most of them are rare. Single genetic diseases can be divided into four categories according to genetic methods: ① autosomal dominant genetic diseases. ② Autosomal recessive genetic disease. ③ Autosomal incomplete dominant disease. ④ Sexually transmitted diseases.
