Fever can not sweat
Fever refers to summer fever in summer and refers to all fevers caused by exogenous fever. See "Su Wen. Heat Theory": "People who have a fever today have typhoid and the like." Here, "typhoid fever" refers to typhoid fever in a broad sense. Also refers to fever. Typhoid fever without sweat is fever without sweat.
