Spheroid arteriolar hyaline degeneration

Spheroid arteriolar hyalineosis is caused by systemic hypertension, and it is the second disease (about 25%) that causes terminal renal failure in western countries. The incidence in China is also increasing. The disease can be divided into two types: benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis and malignant arteriolar nephrosclerosis.
