Soft, hemispherical, well-defined elastic mass on the outside of the leg
Masses appear on the lateral side of the anterolateral or thighs. The mass is soft and hemispherical, and the boundaries are clear and elastic. The muscles disappear when the muscle contracts, and the oval and sharper fascial defects can be touched.
