Reticulate dementia

The intellectual impairment of multiple infarct dementia sometimes involves only certain specific and limited cognitive functions, such as calculation and naming difficulties. However, general reasoning and judgment can remain intact for quite a period of time. Often, they can detect these obstacles and seek medical treatment or make up for it. Therefore, they are called "net-like dementia".
