Tiny yellow nodular rash
Small yellow nodular rash is common in acute neuromanic Niemann Pick's disease, which is also known as sphingomyelinosis, and is a congenital glucose and lipid metabolic disease. It is characterized by full monocytes and the nervous system with a large number of foam cells containing sphingomyelin.
