This disease is more common clinically, which refers to patients with 5-8 Hz hand tremor when writing or doing writing actions. Part of the patient's tremor without other dysfunction is not completely limited to writing movements. When doing other similar work or using similar tools There may also be tremors. Therefore, it has been proposed that writing spasms can be divided into task-induced writing spasms and posture-sensitive writing spasms. This condition is often caused by physical exhaustion (especially hand fatigue) or nervousness. And the more nervous you are, the more afraid you can write the wrong words, the more obvious the spasms. If you change to other things that do not require fine manipulation with your hands, you will feel calm, and you will be comfortable with the operation. The degree of spasm is very slight, and even spasms do not occur. Middle-aged and elderly people easily suffer from neurological diseases such as Parkinson's disease or cerebellar ataxia, and symptoms such as finger spasms or tremors can also occur after the illness. Patients with writing cramps have sensitive thinking, no hemiplegia on their face, normal fertility, no muscle atrophy, sensation, normal reflexes, and normal brain CT examinations, so they are easily distinguished from the aforementioned neurological diseases.
