Bloody ascites
Organ rupture in the abdominal cavity, and malignant tumors in the abdominal cavity may cause patients with bloody ascites. Organ rupture is common in liver rupture, spleen rupture, ectopic pregnancy leading to fallopian tube rupture, hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis, and so on.
