Short penis

A small penis (micropenis) means that the ratio of the normal length to the diameter of the penis is normal, but the length of the penis body is less than 2.5 standard deviations of the average normal penis length. The length of the penis is the distance from the top of the penis to the symphysis of the pubic bone when the penis is held as straight as possible. Adults generally regard penis as a small penis with a relaxed length of less than 3cm.
