Scrotal pain
Orchitis and epididymitis are one of the common causes of scrotal swelling. Many fevers, acute enlargement of the epididymis and testicles, and acute attacks of pain, later turned chronic, and the pain would follow, sometimes mild and severe. Sometimes the patient can feel a painful little sclera in the scrotum.
