Right back pain
Right back pain is likely to be a symptom of cholecystitis, which is a common disease of the gallbladder caused by bacterial infections or chemical stimuli (changes in bile components). Its incidence is second only to appendicitis in abdominal surgery. This disease is more common in middle-aged people aged 35 to 55 years. It is more common in women than men, especially in obese women with multiple pregnancies.
