Paper fetus

Paper-like fetus refers to a fetus with twin or multiple pregnancies. Due to fetal growth restriction, the early death was crushed by other fetuses into thin slices. This kind of paper-like fetus mostly occurs in twin blood transfusion syndrome. Therefore, early systemic prenatal monitoring is a necessary condition for diagnosing twin transfusion syndrome. Correct diagnosis and reasonable intervention can reduce perinatal mortality.
