Vulvar elephantiasis

Vulvar elephantiasis is a disease caused by filariasis, syphilis, or tuberculosis. Lesions often involve the lymphatic system of the lower limbs and groin, resulting in localized or diffuse enlargement of the vulvar skin, thickening, tough texture, and elephant-like skin, hence the name.
