Hyperparathyroidism cardiomyopathy

Hyperparathyroidism (hyperparathyroidism) is a group of symptoms characterized by hypercalcemia and hypophosphatemia caused by excessive secretion of parathyroid hormone (PTH). The main manifestations are extensive bone decalcification, multiple urinary stones and impaired renal tubular function, reduced neuromuscular stress, and other symptoms of cardiovascular system involvement, including hypertension, arrhythmia, cardiac calcification, and myocardial ischemia.
