Mycotic vulvitis

When the body's resistance is weakened or the antagonism between microbial clusters is out of balance, the bacteria cause candidiasis. The occurrence of vulva and vaginitis is related to pregnancy, diabetes, genital injury or impregnation, oral contraceptives and antibiotics and other immunosuppressive drugs, changes in immunity or glucose metabolism between cells during pregnancy, or abundant vaginal epithelial sugar storage. Glycogen in vaginal epithelial cells increases, and when acidity is increased, inflammation of mold causes rapid inflammation, so it is more common in pregnant women, diabetes and patients receiving estrogen therapy. Long-term application of antibiotics may inhibit other bacteria in the intestine or skin and cause candida activity.
