Testicular injury

The soft tissue of the scrotum is loose, and the testicles are more active, but the scrotal contents are brittle and tender, and the ability to resist injury is poor. Therefore, damage to the scrotum and its contents is not uncommon clinically. Generally occurs in young adults. Testicular, sheath, spermatic cord, and scrotal wall injuries often occur at the same time, and the most common causes of injury are direct violence.
