Penis torsion
Penis twisting means that the head of the penis twists to one side, deviates from the center line, and is mostly counterclockwise, that is, twisting to the left. The penis of these patients is generally normal, and some patients have hypospadias or abnormal foreskin distribution. The penis ventral midline is skewed to one side. Many cases are found during circumcision or valgus foreskin.
