Premature ovarian failure

Premature ovarian failure is defined as the phenomenon of hypoovarian function in women before the age of 40, known as premature ovarian failure. The incidence of POF accounts for 1-3% of adult women. Clinical manifestations are accompanied by pre-menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, sweating, vaginal dryness, and decreased sexual desire, which make the patient senile before aging and bring great pain to her physical and mental health and husband and wife life. Premature ovarian failure affects women's quality of life.
