Costal lock syndrome

The gap between the clavicle and the first rib is small and is anatomically a weak point in which the neurovascular bundles to the upper limbs pass. If the clavicle or the first rib is changed in morphology, the interclavicular space will be further reduced, and the neurovascular bundle that compresses the base will cause symptoms, which is called costal lock syndrome.
