Pancreatic true cyst

True pancreatitic cysts are rare. Pancreatic cysts occur in the pancreas, and the inner wall of the cyst is composed of glandular ducts or glandular epithelium. Smaller pancreatic true cysts are mostly asymptomatic, but found during physical examination, abdominal surgery, or autopsy. Due to the widespread use of CT, especially B-mode ultrasound, the incidence has increased significantly in recent years, and occasionally large cysts can cause compression symptoms. The treatment of this disease is mainly cystectomy. However, the tumor should be explored before removal.
