Ahun disease

Ahong disease, also known as ainhum, finger (toe) severance, or spontaneous finger (toe) detachment (dactylolysis spontanea), is an endemic disease in the tropics. Due to chronic inflammatory fibrosis, the toes (fingers) are narrowed linearly and finally the fingers (toes) are severed.
