Dysmenorrhea

Dysmenorrhea refers to those who have cramping pain in the lower abdomen before and after menstruation or during menstruation, and have general discomfort, which seriously affects daily life. There are two types: primary and secondary. Those who fail to find obvious abnormalities in pelvic organs after detailed gynecological clinical examination are called primary dysmenorrhea, also called functional dysmenorrhea. Secondary dysmenorrhea refers to those with obvious lesions in the reproductive organs, such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, and tumors.
