Dermatophytosis

Cutaneous myiasis (Cutanenous myiasis) is an inflammatory response caused by the entry of certain fly larvae (pupa) into human skin. The disease is more common in pastoral areas, and has been reported in Qinghai, Tibet, Inner Mongolia, Northeast China and North China. The source of fly maggot disease is a parasitic disease of cattle and horses, and can also infect humans. Fly maggots lay their eggs directly on human skin or hair and clothing. After the eggs hatch into larvae, they can penetrate into the skin and cause subcutaneous fly maggot disease. Before the appearance of skin lesions, the patient often felt general discomfort, showing two types of skin lesions, bloated and lame.
