Pediatric Tail Teratoma
The caudal tail is not only prone to teratoma, but also a site where malignancy becomes more common. The incidence of malignancy in all patients was 10% to 20%. 90% of neonatal teratomas are benign. The zygomatic tail teratoma is mostly benign and the tumor has a complete envelope.
