Gastric ptosis

Gastric sagging means that when standing, the lower edge of the stomach reaches the pelvic cavity, and the lowest point of the small curve of the stomach falls below the condylar line, which is called gastric sagging. The occurrence of this disease is mostly due to insufficient suspension of the diaphragm muscles, relaxation of the liver and stomach, and iliac stomach ligament function, decreased intra-abdominal pressure, and relaxation of the abdominal muscles, plus factors such as body shape or physique, which make the stomach extremely bottom The dilated fish structure is the tension-free stomach seen in the sagging stomach. This disease is part of splanchnic stagnation. It is more common in people who are long and weak, those who are chronically ill, those who have undergone multiple abdominal operations with incisional hernias, and those who are chronically bedridden.
