Vaginal schistosomiasis

Vagina schistosomiasis (schistosomiasis of vagina) is caused by schistosomiasis cercariae penetrating through the skin into the blood. Adults infecting the vulva, vagina, and cervix when entering the pelvic vein plexus from the portal system. Or due to schistosomiasis infection of the bladder, involving the upper 1/3 of the cervix and vagina. Schistosomiasis damage after puberty occurs in the lower reproductive tract and is common in the fallopian tubes, ovaries, and uterus. Women in epidemic areas often come into contact with epidemic water, such as washing and cooking, and the rate of schistosomiasis infection is high.
