Vitiligo

Vitiligo is a kind of refractory skin disease, usually local or generalized pigment loss, which can occur in all parts of the body, such as pigment cells of the eyes and ears; therefore, vitiligo is mainly a violation of skin pigments. It can also invade other pigmented systemic diseases throughout the body. The main manifestation is that the local skin is milky white, and the hair on the affected area can be normal or white. However, it is generally not painful and itchy. If the area of ​​white spots is large, there will be occasional burning after summer exposure. There are many factors that induce vitiligo, such as psychogenic factors, heredity, trauma, frequent chemical contact, endocrine disorders, autoimmune factors, and environmental factors. The incidence rate in China is about 0.05-0.2%. With the acceleration of the pace of life and the worsening of air pollution, the incidence of vitiligo increases year by year.
