Disseminated recurrent funnel folliculitis
Disseminated and recurrent infundibulofolliculitis can be seen in blacks in Africa and the United States. Hitch and Lunt first described disseminated hair follicle pimples in the trunk of a black man in 1968. No cause of infection or medication.
