Humeral head fracture

A simple fracture of the humeral head is relatively rare. It is an intra-articular fracture mainly caused by indirect external forces. Fractures are more common in young adults and occasionally in the elderly. According to the different degrees of fracture, it can be divided into three types: humeral skull fracture, humeral head fracture and dislocation, and humeral head comminuted fracture. The humeral skull fissure may be accompanied by rupture of the subpelvic joint capsule, fracture and dislocation of the humeral head, large external force, rupture of the joint capsule, displacement of the humeral head below the glenoid, neck movement upward, humeral head comminuted fracture, mostly due to direct external force longitudinal compression Caused by pressure or blow.
