Dirtyness refers to women's mental depression, irritability, weeping for no reason, crying and laughing, moody, frequent yawning, and those who cannot control themselves. If it occurs during pregnancy, it is called "pregnancy sadness"; it occurs after it is called "postpartum irritability".
