Gastric mycosis

The presence of fungi is extremely widespread. Numerous fungi are often found in air, water and food, and traces are also found in human mouth, stomach and intestines. Usually, it is only a harmless parasite, but it can cause gastritis or ulcers and even perforation and sinus formation when the gastric mucosa is impaired by local blood circulation or the immunity is weakened.
