Prolactinoma

Prolactinoma is the most common pituitary tumor. It is an endocrine disease caused by the secretion of prolactin (PRL) by pituitary prolactinoma. The clinical manifestations of prolactinoma are hyperprolactinemia, galactia, or galacto-amenorrhea syndrome. It is more common in women between the ages of 20 and 30, and is rare in men.
