Pasini-Pierni progressive idiopathic skin atrophy
Pasini-Pierni has progressive idiopathic atrophy of Pasini and Pierni. Since Pasini-Pierni reported the disease in 1923, there has been a limited superficial atrophic scleroderma (atrophosclerma superficialis circumscripta), diffuse. Atrophia cutis idiopathica diffusa and other names. It is a special type of pigmented skin atrophy. It is thought to be an atrophic subtype of localized scleroderma.
