Cerebellar meningioma
Cerebellar meningiomas refer to meningiomas with tumor bases attached to the cerebellum (including the apical notch and sinus confluence). They can develop in the cerebellum or under the screen, and they can also grow in the shape of dumbbells. So there are different types of on-screen, under-screen and dumbbell. There are also those who submerge the growth into the posterior fossa meningioma.
