Pediatric hereditary bullous epidermolysis

Hereditary bullous epidermolysis (epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria) is a group of more common hereditary diseases characterized by blisters after minor skin and mucosal trauma. The classification has not been unified so far. Since 1991, Fine et al. Divided the blister or fissures into three major categories based on the location of blister or fissure formation under the electron microscope, and divided them into several subtypes based on the characteristics of clinical manifestations. It is now known that epidermolysis of bullous type 3 is autosomal recessive or dominant.
