Congenital bronchial cyst

Congenital bronchial cysts are congenital abnormalities in the development of lung germ. Some bronchial trees stop developing and are separated from adjacent normal airway tissues. If it occurs in the early stages of embryonic development, the lung tissue is not yet fully formed, and the proximal trachea buds are abnormal, the cyst is mostly located in the extra-pulmonary mediastinal site and becomes a mediastinal bronchial cyst. The trachea-bronchial tree bud abnormalities, the cyst is mostly located in the lung, and becomes a bronchial cyst in the lung.
