Hairy sheath acanthoma
Pilar sheath acanthoma was first reported by Mehrengan and Browhstein in 1978. It is most common on the adult face, especially the upper lip. Similar to outer root sheath epithelium. Histopathology showed a large irregular branched cyst cavity which was different from the expanded hole. Surgical resection.
