Celiac disease in children

Celiac disease, also known as gluten allergic bowel disease, was previously called idiopathic malabsorption syndrome because of unknown etiology. It has been proven that this disease is caused by eating wheat foods, including wheat, barley and rye. The body is allergic to the protein component gluten contained in it. There are different opinions on whether oats can cause the disease, at least it is less harmful This allergic reaction causes extensive lesions in the upper mucosa of the small intestine, clinical manifestations of malabsorption symptoms such as steatosis, and is a lifelong disease.
