Echinococcosis
Trichostasis spinulosa is also called black hair acne. The cause is unknown. Some are thought to be caused by abnormal development of congenital hair and nipples. The clinical manifestations of this cause are not significant and rarely diagnosed, and it is not uncommon for young and middle-aged people.
