Chloroquine poisoning

Chloroquine poisoning is usually caused by excessive oral dose or long-term use. Taking more than three times the prescribed dose can cause severe poisoning, and occasionally severe doses of therapeutic doses can occur. The toxicity of injections is relatively large, and the rapid injection may cause sudden death. The original myocardial disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, potassium deficiency, physical weakness, and application of digitalis are all prone to poisoning.
