Pediatric Grape Sarcoma

Among pediatric vaginal malignancies, more than 90% of them are grape-like sarcomas, which are highly malignant tumors. More common in infants and young children. The tumor originates from primitive mesenchymal cells in the superficial tissues of the vaginal wall. The tumor was translucent polyp-like, grayish white or pink like grapes filled the vagina and protruded beyond the vaginal opening. The surface of the tumor is often ulcerated, necrotic and bleeding.
