Bilateral kidney deficiency
Bilateral renal deficiency was first discovered by Wolfstrigel in 1671, and Potter made a comprehensive description of the clinical manifestations of the disease in 1946 and 1952. Many researchers have explored various aspects of the syndrome extensively and attempted to explain it with a single etiology, but have never reached consensus.
