Rickettsia siberiani

Siberian rickettsial fever also known as North Asian tick-borne rickettsiosis, North Asian tick typhus, is a spotted fever-like rickettsial A disease of natural epidemic origin caused by Rickettsia siberianus transmitted by hard ticks. Clinical features include fever, first sores, local lymphadenopathy, and rash. Rickettsia maintains a lasting cycle between the animal host and the vector in nature.
