Histiocytic pancreatitis

In 1980, Winklemann and others first proposed the disease name of histiocytic phagocytic panniculitis, and reported 5 cases. It is a benign histiocytosis disease. It is characterized by generalized tender subcutaneous nodules, high fever, hepatosplenomegaly, reduced whole blood cells, bleeding, and abnormal blood coagulation. The main feature of histopathology is that tissue cells engulf blood components Form ldquo; beanbag rdquo; cells. This disease is caused by pancreatic pancreatitis in which subcutaneous adipose tissue is infiltrated by tissue cells with phagocytic activity, often involving multiple organs, with subcutaneous nodules, fever, reduced whole blood cells, bleeding, and liver and kidney failure.
